• Managing sales and marketing wherein formulating strategy and directing the teams in:
• Delivering revenue growth, annual budgetary plans focusing on Education, Hospitality and other commercial market segments.
• Spearheading efforts towards new business vertical establishment along with the Hospitality sales team.
• As well as generating business through the Hospitality and Commercial vertical of the company.
• Close contacts with influencers and specifies like Architects, PMCs, Consultants, Real Estate Developers, etc.
• Evolving strategy and establishing network for selling high end Access Control System for Hospitality & Commercial applications.
• Providing MIS to H.O team and competitor information.
• Mentoring and coaching the team for not only achievement of the business objectives but also personal growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
Comprehensive experience in managing business operations within consumer durable, building & door hardware, electronic security industry sectors with focus on top-line performance through marketing & sales strategies, alliances, channel & distribution , Key Account Management and project sales.
• Resourceful at developing procedures, service standards, operational policies and operating guidelines with clear understanding of budgets, cost analysis, financials, business requirements and experience of operating each unit as separate profit centre.
• Competent in driving growth, generating revenues, capturing market share and enhancing the value in markets.
• Comfortable interacting with multiple levels of organization, management and staff from different locations.
• Proven abilities in brand building, brand communication, brands sales, conducting various product launches and establishing strong primary and secondary network for the same.
• Skilled in managing teams of varying sizes to work in sync with the corporate set parameters & motivating them for achieving business and individual goals.
• An effective communicator with excellent presentation & relationship building skills & strong analytical aptitude towards problem solving & organizational abilities.
